The Factory Outlet Shop was a 48hr project and was done as a reward back to there work force. Several weeks planning and meetings with the management we agreed a design and layout.
In this time scale given we had to consider all trades –
Air-conditioning
Electrical
Joinery work
Floor finish
New kitchen
Suspended ceiling
Removal of walls
Decoration.
The contract started Friday night 8oclock and was handed back to them Sunday night 7oclock.
The project was very successful and was achieved by close planning both from The Factory Outlet and our selves.
Project work and maintenance is continues on this site and a healthy relationship between us has formed.
